Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GoldPen Realty Group, operating GoldPen Intelligence ("GoldPen Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information through the AI Generator, Documents Analyzer, and Mortgage Calculator (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions. It does not replace a separate consent notice presented before creating an AI avatar, synthetic voice, or voice clone.

1. Scope and Responsible Organization

This Policy applies to information processed by GoldPen Intelligence. It does not govern a third party's independent website, application, or service. The organization responsible for the processing described here is GoldPen Realty Group, reachable at office@goldpengroup.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and affiliation with a GoldPen brand, used to identify you as an authorized agent.

Content you submit. Reference photos and videos you upload to the AI Generator to create your voice clone and AI avatar; documents you upload to the Documents Analyzer for review; and the property or loan details you enter into the Mortgage Calculator.

AI-generated information. If you use the AI Generator, we process your photographs, video, and audio recordings, and derive from them a voice model, avatar video, and generated output. Depending on applicable law, this derived information may constitute sensitive or biometric information.

Usage information. Videos you generate, documents you analyze, credits used, and general activity within each tool, to keep the platform reliable and to maintain your account balance.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Verify your identity and authorization as a GoldPen agent
  • Generate your AI voice clone and avatar video, and the videos you create from them
  • Analyze documents you upload and return a summary of what we find
  • Calculate mortgage estimates you request
  • Maintain your account, credit balance, and usage history
  • Detect fraud, impersonation, and abuse of the AI features
  • Maintain the security and performance of the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing Purposes and Limitations

The AI Generator creates video and audio derived directly from the reference photo, video, and text you provide - it does not invent a likeness or voice of its own. We do not sell or rent your voice model, avatar, or any biometric identifier derived from your recordings, and we do not use them to train an unrelated general-purpose AI model without your separate, specific consent. Your reference material and generated avatar are stored so they can be reused each time you create a new video, and are only ever used to generate content for your own account.

5. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Third-party AI service providers - our voice cloning, video generation, and document analysis providers - solely to process the specific content you submit and return a result to you
  • Service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf
  • Legal authorities, auditors, or attorneys, when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect our rights, or investigate abuse

6. Retention

We keep your account and usage information while your account is active and as long as reasonably necessary afterward for support, security, and legal obligations. Reference photos, videos, voice models, and generated output are kept while the AI feature is active, or until you request deletion, whichever occurs first. Deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days, and residual backups expire on their normal cycle afterward, subject to any legal hold.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including your reference photos, videos, voice model, and generated content, by contacting us at office@goldpengroup.com. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. AI Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent for AI voice or avatar processing at any time by emailing office@goldpengroup.com. After verification, we will disable future generation using your avatar or voice model and begin deletion under Section 6. Withdrawal does not automatically remove content you previously downloaded or shared outside the platform - you are responsible for removing copies under your own control.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident triggers a legal notification obligation, we will notify affected individuals and applicable authorities as required by law.

10. Children's Privacy

GoldPen Intelligence is intended for use by GoldPen agents and staff only. It is not directed to children under 18, and the AI voice-cloning and avatar-generation features are restricted to users age 18 or older.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. If a change materially expands how previously collected AI, voice, or avatar information is used, we will obtain new affirmative consent when required before applying the expanded use.
